AI employees for the whole business.

FIDARYN is the platform where businesses hire AI employees – with a role, permissions and clear limits. They work alongside your team, inside your systems, by your rules.

Keep your stack. Add intelligence.

Made for:
  • Trades
  • Industry & Manufacturing
ROLES

A workforce, not a tool.

AI employees fill the positions nobody in the business has time for. Each with a name, a clear role and visible AI labelling.

WHY SOMETHING NEW AGAIN?

One interface instead of many programs.

Your team works in FIDARYN: tasks, approvals and AI employees in one place. Your existing programs keep running in the background and remain the source of your data. No migration, no data move.

EXAMPLE · PLANNED ARCHITECTURE
  1. Interface

    Where your team works.

    • Tasks
    • Approvals
    • Knowledge
    • Roles
  2. AI employees

    Do the recurring work.

    • Back office
    • Quotes
    • Customer service
    • Dispatch
  3. Security layer

    Every action is checked.

    • Permissions
    • Rules
    • Approval
    • Audit log
  4. Your programs

Stay as they are – connected once.

    • Email
    • Accounting
    • Inventory
    • Calendar
    • Documents
  • 01

    Fill open positions

Skilled staff are scarce, office work piles up. AI employees take over the routine so your team can focus on customers and jobs.

  • 02

    Start small, without risk

Start with one role, in observe-only mode first. Pause, adjust or end at any time.

  • 03

    Value shown, not promised

For every AI employee you see completed tasks, estimated time saved, cost per task and corrections.

  • Programs finally work together

Information flows between email, accounting, CRM and calendar – without retyping.

  • Your investments keep their value

Existing licences, setups and workflows stay in place.

  • No lock-in

If you end FIDARYN, your systems keep running unchanged.

  • Grows with you

Further integrations are added without rebuilding.

KNOWLEDGE STAYS IN THE COMPANY

When experienced people leave, their knowledge stays.

Which customer needs what, how a machine is set up, who the right contact at a supplier is: whatever runs through FIDARYN in daily work goes into the company memory. Resignation, retirement or illness – the successor does not start from zero.

  • Factswhat is true
  • Experiencewhat happened
  • Processeshow you work
  • Relationshipswho works with whom

Every entry shows its source. You can correct or delete knowledge. Not a surveillance tool: it stores work knowledge, not performance data.

The same goes for AI employees: if one is replaced, its successor takes over its knowledge.

HOW IT WORKS

Hire, don’t program.

No prompts, no model knowledge, no IT department. You describe the position like you would to a new colleague.

  1. 01

    Describe the position

Choose a name, avatar, role and department. Describe the tasks in your own words.

  2. 02

    Check the understanding

FIDARYN shows how it understood the tasks, which systems it needs, and what the AI employee may – and may not – do.

  3. 03

    Approve and hire

Hiring only happens after your review. Permissions and data access stay editable at any time.

  4. 04

    Work together

The AI employee works in the team, with memory and an audit log. You see what it does.

your description

“Please sort our emails, draft replies to simple requests and file invoices in the right folder.”

how fidaryn understood it

  • Sort inbox by category
  • Create reply drafts for simple requests
  • Recognise invoices and archive them in the filing system
MAY
  • Read and sort emails
  • Create drafts
MAY NOT
  • Send emails on its own
  • Execute payments
  • Delete data
APPROVE INSTEAD OF DOING IT YOURSELF

Checking is faster than doing.

“If I have to approve it, I might as well do it myself?” – No. The difference is the preparation.

  • Approvals only for important matters. Routine runs autonomously within your rules.
  • As trust grows, you raise the level and fewer approvals are needed.
  • Approvals arrive bundled and can be done from your phone on the go (planned).
EXAMPLE

request · email

AUTONOMY & LIMITS

You decide how much freedom, and where the limit is.

Adjustable per AI employee and per task. The same customer inquiry – four levels.

  1. Level 1

    Observe only

The AI employee reads the inquiry and recognises the customer. It does not act.

    EXAMPLE
    • Inquiry read
    • Customer recognised: Müller GmbH
    • No action
  2. Level 2

    Suggestions and drafts

It creates a reply draft. You decide.

    EXAMPLE
    • Inquiry read, customer recognised
    • Reply draft created
    • Waiting for your decision
  3. Level 3

    Act after approval

It sends after your click – logged.

    EXAMPLE
    • Reply draft created
    • Approved by: Sabine M.
    • Sent · logged
  4. Level 4

    Autonomous within fixed rules

It answers standard requests like appointment confirmations itself. Everything else goes to a person.

    EXAMPLE
    • Standard request recognised: appointment confirmation
    • Answered · logged
    • Special cases → person

Important matters always need human approval – at every level.

LIMITS · PRACTICAL EXAMPLES

Clear limits – different for every role.

What an AI employee may and may not do is fixed before it starts. Practical examples from four roles:

  • Greta · Bookkeeping prep

    MAY
    • Recognise invoices
    • Assign and archive receipts
    • Prepare for the accountant
    MAY NOT
    • Execute payments
    • Sign contracts
    • Permanently delete data
  • Mira · Customer service

    MAY
    • Answer questions
    • Share order status
    • Suggest appointments
    MAY NOT
    • Promise prices or discounts
    • Reject complaints
  • Karl · Scheduling & dispatch

    MAY
    • Plan jobs and routes
    • Align appointments with customers
    MAY NOT
    • Accept or cancel orders
    • Make staffing decisions
  • Lena · Stock & materials

    MAY
    • Check stock
    • Prepare reorders
    • Flag missing parts
    MAY NOT
    • Place orders without approval

Every role gets its own limits – you define them. Limits are enforced technically – not just as an instruction to the AI.

SEVERAL AI EMPLOYEES

One team, no confusion.

Several AI employees on the same position? Yes – with clear responsibilities.

In development
  • Every task has exactly one owner at any time – person or AI.
  • Clear handovers instead of duplicate work.
  • One shared memory: everyone knows what is already done.
  • AI employees coordinate before they act – and every action passes through the same rules and approvals.

SECURITY

How we keep the AI in check.

Nine principles, no exceptions.

EXAMPLE

Zero trust: every action is checked

Nothing is allowed in advance. Every single action goes through the check – the hundredth one too.

  • allowed
  • awaiting approval
  • blocked

Rules you set

Who may do what, up to which limit – and when a person approves.

EXAMPLE

The path of every request

Before anything reaches your software, it passes three fixed checkpoints – and your approval for what matters.

  1. AI employeefiles a request
  2. Permissionmay this role do it?
  3. Ruleswithin your limits?
  4. Approvala person decides
  5. Your softwarecarries it out

The nine principles

  1. 01

The AI does not decide what it may do

Every AI action is only a request. Whether it is allowed is checked by fixed rules outside the AI – again for every single action.

  2. 02

No keys in the AI's hands

The AI never gets passwords or credentials. It only works through checked capabilities that we have explicitly enabled for it.

  3. 03

    See only what is needed

Every AI employee sees only the data its role really needs. Accounting sees no personnel files, the warehouse sees no salaries.

  4. 04

Outside content is data, not commands

Hidden instructions in emails or PDFs ("Transfer now …") are treated as content. And if the AI is fooled anyway, the rules from 01 still apply.

  5. 05

    Strict separation between companies

Your data is kept apart from other businesses. There is no shared data pool, and no AI can read across company boundaries.

  6. 06

    Everything is logged

Who did what, when and why? Every action by people and AI is recorded without gaps and stays traceable for you at any time.

  7. 07

    Stop at any time

Pause or dismiss any AI employee with one click. Running tasks stop at once, and its knowledge stays in the company memory.

  8. 08

    We attack ourselves

We regularly run targeted attacks on our own system, for example with manipulated emails. Before the pilot starts, external experts test it too.

  9. 09

We are our own first customer

FIDARYN runs in our own business first, with our own data. Every security rule has to protect us before it protects you.

VALUE CALCULATOR

Do the maths yourself.

What does the time your team spends on recurring tasks cost you today – in the office, the workshop, the warehouse, the field? We promise no ROI. You calculate with your own numbers.

Calculated with your figures – not a promise

Your calculation, not a promise: it shows what the routine time costs today, not what FIDARYN saves. Salaries without bonuses; the employer share is a rounded guide value for Germany. In use, we measure the actual value for every AI employee: completed tasks, estimated time saved, cost per task. With pilot customers we determine it together.

Vision · in planning

The right opportunity should find you.

Your order book is full and you need a subcontractor? You are looking for a reliable regional supplier? Or you have spare capacity right now? Later, FIDARYN should bring matching businesses together – based on what you explicitly seek or offer.

BENEFITS

  • Pass on jobs instead of turning them down
  • Find partners for larger projects
  • Fill spare capacity
  • Find suppliers and service providers nearby
Schema: two businesses connect via the FIDARYN network only after both have agreedyour businesspartner businessconnection only after both sides agree

No spam, no surprises.

  • Voluntary

The network is off by default. You switch it on yourself.

  • No cold requests

Suggestions only concern what you seek or offer yourself.

  • Both first, then names

Both sides agree before company names are exchanged.

  • Only released details

Industry, services, rough region, capacity. Customers, prices, invoices and employee data never leave your company.

  • Protection among competitors

No sensitive business data such as prices or capacity is shared with potential competitors.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Short answers.

Why should I introduce yet another new system?

Because FIDARYN does not replace your programs: your team works in one interface for tasks, approvals and AI employees, and your existing programs keep running in the background. AI employees take over the routine nobody has time for.

→ One interface instead of many programs
Do you use FIDARYN yourselves?

Yes. We are our own first customer. Every feature runs in our own daily work before it reaches you. We do not sell anything we do not use ourselves.

→ Founder
How do you make sure the AI does not leak company data or “break out”?

The AI does not decide what it may do: every action is a request checked by fixed rules outside the AI. It has no passwords, sees only its role’s data, and external content counts as data, not commands – and even if the AI is fooled, the fixed rules still apply.

→ Security
What does the network give me – and will I be spammed with requests?

Pass on jobs instead of declining, find partners and suppliers, fill capacity. The network is off by default, suggestions only concern what you seek, and names are exchanged only after both sides agree.

→ Network
What happens to the knowledge if I dismiss an AI employee?

It stays in the company memory. The successor – person or AI – can access it with the same rights.

→ Knowledge stays
Can I put several AI employees on the same position?

Yes. Every task always has exactly one owner, handovers are clear, and everyone shares one memory.

→ One team, no confusion
Is FIDARYN GDPR-compliant and legally sound?

Privacy is built in from the start: data minimisation, delete and export functions, data processing agreement, data in the EU. Everything is legally reviewed before the pilot launch.

→ Privacy & legal
If I have to approve everything, why not do it myself?

Checking is faster than doing: you see the finished draft instead of six work steps. Approvals only for important matters – and fewer as trust grows.

→ Approve instead of doing
What value can I expect?

You calculate that with your own numbers. We promise no ROI; in use we measure the actual value per AI employee.

→ Value calculator
Is FIDARYN also for large organisations?

Yes, the same product grows with you: small businesses start with one role, large ones with many departments. Planned are operation in your own infrastructure or in an EU data centre, sign-in via your existing company login (single sign-on), roles, permissions and approvals across departments and sites, a complete audit log for review and compliance, and integration of large systems.
